Many of her clients are high-achieving professionals, healthcare providers, entrepreneurs and leaders who look successful on the outside and still feel stuck in the same emotional or relationship patterns.
Does this sound familiar?
Beyond talking about what's wrong. A four-stage framework that moves from preparation to change, using EMDR, trauma-informed psychotherapy and mind-body integration.
Understand the experiences, patterns and goals, and ground the nervous system before deeper work.
Structured EMDR helps the brain reprocess experiences still stored in a distressing or unresolved way.
New perspectives are anchored into a more cohesive sense of self, so the work feels lived-in.
Bring the insights into daily life, relationships and decision-making.

A short call to talk about what's going on and whether ongoing therapy or an intensive is the right fit.
Psychotherapy is often covered by extended health benefit plans. ARIS doesn't bill insurers directly; you receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

An extended session that allows deeper, more focused work than traditional weekly therapy. Rather than spreading the process over many months, intensives give dedicated time to explore patterns and process experiences in a concentrated format. They're often helpful for people who feel stuck in repeating patterns or who've tried weekly therapy without finding the depth they hoped for.
EMDR sessions are structured and guided so you feel supported throughout. You briefly recall specific memories or experiences while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements.
